Tretiheal Cream is a topical retinoid formulation containing tretinoin, a vitamin A derivative used in dermatological treatment. This low-concentration cream is designed for gradual skin renewal and is commonly prescribed for addressing fine lines, uneven texture, and signs of photoaging.

Apply a pea-sized amount to clean, dry skin in the evening, starting with 2–3 times weekly to allow skin acclimatization. Use broad-spectrum sunscreen during the day, as tretinoin increases sun sensitivity. Not suitable during pregnancy.
